MONEY BACK GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICY

All items ordered @ Westlife-Underwear are quality controlled. However please check your product carefully after delivery. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the delivered product you may return the product within 7 days from delivery date even without giving a reason, as long as it is unused, unwashed and in the same condition as received. The Label must not be separated.

If there is a return, please contact us. We will generate a return label for you. If this impossible, we will reimburse you postage costs up to a maximum of 5 USD.

Unreasonably high return costs (express services, courier, COD, unstamped) will not be reimbursed. Please note that we are not responsible for items lost in return shipping so please ensure you ship through a carrier that offers tracking service.

All returned items are subject to inspection.

Kindly allow up to 5 working days from the date the item has been received by us to process return credit or replacement.
