Return & Refund

We currently do not offer exchanges for items. If you would like an item in a different color or size, simply return your unwanted item within 30 days of receipt. You will be refunded the shipping costs you paid for your order within 8-10 business days of processing your return. You can then simply order your desired item during this time or after receiving the refund.

Please note: If you making a return, please make sure that the package has the same name and address that you used when placing your order. the best way is to write your order number on your package.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the
delivered product you may return the product within 30 days from
delivery date even without giving a reason, as long as it is unused,
unwashed and in the same condition as received.

It usually takes up to five business days for an order to reach our warehouse. Once the package has been processed there, it will be inspected and the refund initiated. After your return has been processed, it will take approximately 8-10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account. We will use the same payment method you used to place your order.
