Can I pay with a gift card?

Do you offer discounts or special offers?
Yes, of course. At various manufacturer we offer a % discount if you buy more items of one product.

Return & Refund
Can I exchange items?
We currently do not offer exchanges for items. If you would like an item in a different color or size, simply return your unwanted item within 30 days of receipt. You will be refunded the shipping costs you paid for your order within 8-10 business days of processing your return. You can then simply order your desired item during this time or after receiving the refund.
How can I request a return?
Please send us an email with your order number and that you want to return and we will send you the relevant information.
Please note: If you making a return, please make sure that the package
has the same name and address that you used when placing your order.
The best way is to write your order number on your package.
If you do not do this, we will not be able to assign your order or refund you.
How many days do I have to request a return?
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the delivered product you may return the product within 30 days from delivery date even without giving a reason, as long as it is unused, unwashed and in the same condition as received.
When will I receive a refund if I return an order?
It usually takes up to five business days for an order to reach our warehouse. Once the package has been processed there, it will be inspected and the refund initiated. After your return has been processed, it will take approximately 8-10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account. We will use the same payment method you used to place your order. It is best to check your bank account for the latest updates on your refund. Unreasonably high return costs (express services, courier, COD, unstamped) will not be reimbursed.
Can I return an item that has been used?
no, that's not possible.
When I return an item, do I need to include all original packaging and accessories?
yes, it has to.
Will my shipping costs be refunded if I return an order?
You will be refunded the regular shipping costs you paid for your order.
Please note: It is not technically possible to refund return costs that are higher than those you paid when placing your order. Unless you have a PayPal account, in which case you could be refunded as a goodwill gesture in very rare cases.
Our returns policy
Returns are possible within 30 days from the day of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all original labels. Incomplete, worn or washed items will not be accepted. Please use the original boxes. Please contact us to receive a return label.
