Bra Guide
Calculate your bra size Find the right bra size!
Why is the right bra size so important?
It's worth finding out your exact size because it not only shows off your figure to its best advantage, but also increases your well-being. Your back and neck are protected and it's also important that nothing presses or pinches because a comfortable and well-fitting bra allows you to go through the day more relaxed. How do you know if your bra fits correctly? How do you know if your bra fits correctly?
A properly fitting bra should be neither too loose nor too tight. To adjust it perfectly, you can adjust the underbust band on your bra using the hooks. It fits best when it is horizontal on your back.
1. The underbust band

2. The straps
The straps of a good bra should fit comfortably. It is important that the straps do not cut in. This can lead to pain in the shoulder and neck area. Make sure that you adjust your straps individually for each side.
3. The cup
The cups of your bra should completely enclose your breasts and fit perfectly. The cup should not stick out, nor should your breasts bulge out over the cup. Every body is unique and body measurements are never the same, that's just the way it is. A bra will sometimes run smaller or larger depending on the material, brand or model.
What does your bra size mean and how do you determine it? What does your bra size mean and how do you determine it?
Our bra size is made up of two different pieces of information. You can easily determine this information with a tape measure. But what do these two parts stand for?
1. The number
The number stands for your underbust measurement in centimeters. Place your tape measure horizontally under your breast and measure around it once. Bra sizes change in increments of 5. You get your bra size by rounding your measured number up or down.
2. The letter
The letter stands for the bust circumference and indicates your cup size. To determine your cup size, place your tape measure in the middle at the widest point and measure around it again. Using our chart, you will now have your exact bra size.
3. Combine measurements
Now you can combine both measurements and determine the correct bra size using the chart. Example: If your underbust circumference is 83 cm, this would mean an order size of 85. Combined with a bust circumference of 102 cm, which corresponds to a C cup, this results in the correct bra size. In this example, 85 C.
Use the Easy Size System!
In addition to the classic sizing system, some manufacturers have developed simplified sizing systems, the so-called "Easy Sizing System" or "Smart Sizes." These combine different bra sizes, as the body changes during different phases of life or during the menstrual cycle.
Doesn't fit? Determine your cross size.
If you can't find a bra in your size, you can always use your cross size. Even if your bra is too tight or too loose, you can simply try on the sister size. This can usually solve minor comfort issues.
What problem do you have with the fit of your bra?
Doesn't fit? Determine your cross size. Determining your cross size will help you if the cups fit but the band width doesn't. It's a "sister size", so to speak. Cups fit, but the underbust band is too loose If the cups fit, but the underbust band is too loose, you should decrease the number (i.e. the underbust band). To make the cups fit, you need to increase the letter (cup size). For example, if a 75 C is a little too loose for you, then go for a 70 D. Cups fit, but the underbust band is too tight If the opposite happens, you should consider the aspects in exactly the opposite way. If the band is too tight but the cup fits, increase the band width. To do this, you'll need to decrease the cup size by one letter. In this case, you would go from a 75 C to an 80 B. Use this chart to determine your chest size: For example, if you wear a size 90 C, your chest sizes would be 95 B and 85 D.
